Please ensure that you provide your Living Social voucher number and REDEMPTION CODE in your booking details.Print out voucher and bring to your consultation or display iPhone/Android voucher. Present your voucher and photo ID (drivers license/passport) when you arrive for your consultation.
Unlimited vouchers may be purchased, but only one per individual. Bookings are required and subject to availability. Cancellation/rescheduling policy of 24 hours applies; voucher subject to forfeiture. Consultation can be booked during regular office hours in the city office and after hours 2 days per week at Hilton Hotel, East Melbourne. Be sure to arrive 10 minutes early to your consultation (arriving late will shorten consultation time). Offer includes a 6 month membership, consultation, profile setup and dinner matching. Dinners located predominantly in Melbourne's inner suburbs. Suitable for all ages between 25-75. Surcharge of $60 applies foryour first 2 dinner booking fees of $30 each. Consultation must be booked within 3 months of receiving your voucher. Not valid on public holidays. Members must be single to attend dinners.
